Welcome to my food site! My name is Sacha and if I had to say one thing about myself and one thing only, it’s that I love food! I also find cooking the food I love to eat exciting and one of my favourite things to do.
After spending most of my time in the last few years cooking, experimenting and eating, I finally decided to create this website in the aim to share my healthier, but still delicious, recipes and hope that others enjoy cooking and eating these dishes as much as I do!
Now, before you (hopefully!) start exploring my recipes I’d like to begin with a famous saying: Don’t judge a book by its cover…
…or in this case, don’t judge a recipe site by just one recipe?? If you’ve already seen a recipe with meat, gluten, dairy, etc. and realised this doesn’t suit your diet, have another look… I, myself, love to experiment and include recipes that are vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and refined sugar-free into my everyday life. I have already and will be including a range of recipes that suit different dietary needs. I believe that this makes food even more exciting to cook as I’m constantly introducing myself to new, tasty ingredients and different ways of cooking!
