Lime & Coriander Salsa


(Recipe serves 4 as a dip)

  • 7g coriander, chopped
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, finely diced
  • 3 on the vine tomatoes (about 240g), diced 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1-2 limes (depending on taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl then season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve as a dip or with salads, tacos, etc!
