This dessert is absolutely amazing for when you fancy something sweet but want a pudding that’s lighter and lower fat and calories! Filo pastry is a great substitute for puff and shortcrust pastry, which are both higher in fat. You can use whatever berries you’d like as long as they’re frozen to begin with – this will create a lovely sauce when defrosted with a bit of boiling water and agave nectar to sweeten! I’m definitely drawn to hot desserts with cold toppings, so try this with a small scoop of dairy-free ice cream and it will not disappoint!
