I absolutely love breaded chicken – Whether its escalopes, nuggets or dippers… I will eat them! Here’s a gluten-free recipe I love using when I fancy chicken milanese and spaghetti. I’ve subbed out actual breadcrumbs for ground almonds as they are gluten-free, plus they have low carbs to make more room for pasta! This dish is healthy, super easy to make and filling so give it a go if you also love breaded chicken.
