With Garlic mash
I do love a good chicken pie – even better, this one uses filo pastry so you can enjoy it without the guilt of the usual puff pastry or shortcrust, which are both high in fat. With filo, a little goes a long way as well – I bought a pack that contained 12 sheets thinking I may use around 10….I was so wrong! Only 5 filo pastry sheets and the whole top was covered in crispy deliciousness! So, if you love pie but want an option which has lower fat and carbs, this is definitely the recipe for you!
