Bringing it back to basics with a simple yet delicious noodle dish! This chicken and broccoli noodle recipe has so much flavour but the sauce only has 4 ingredients and uses minimal oil and no added sugar! Some different veggies you can add are mushrooms, mangetout, baby sweetcorn or peas – and instead of chicken you can substitute beef, pork, tofu, or any other protein! I personally love flat rice noodles but vermicelli or egg noodles would also work great. Let me know any different tasty combinations you make – I’d love to see how you can change this dish up!
