This tzatziki is healthy and so simple to make! It only has 8 ingredients and has plenty of protein from the greek yoghurt. I use this with pretty much anything and everything because it tastes so good – it’s especially tasty as a dip for veggies or chips, in a wrap or pitta, or put out as a side for the barbecue!
