Being a person who eats meat but also enjoys making vegan/vegetarian dishes, I’ve never ventured much into meatless curries… I think I once made a lentil curry – and after never using lentils before in my life, it was more like a mushy soup by the time I finished cooking it! Maybe that’s my next curry on the list to make!
But anyway, I was so happy with how this chickpea curry came out and had to share the recipe – It’s spicy but creamy at the same time and really helps those curry takeaway cravings on the weekend (I known you know what I mean!!). Try this curry with my mushroom and coriander rice!
