With a simple salad and balsamic dressing
Another tasty recipe for you with low calories and high protein! I love this recipe so much as it’s super flexible in the way of flavour and nutrition – you could add different herbs or spices to the ricotta mix, or use another cheese like cheddar or Gruyère to switch things up. I love using ground almonds as a gluten-free alternative to breadcrumbs – they crisp up so nicely in the oven!
I serve this with a simple salad and balsamic dressing for a low carb lunch or dinner but you could serve with pasta or rice to add more carbohydrates!
