Chilli con carne is one of those dishes that I can have over and over and never get bored of it! Since the weather has been nice lately, I’ve loved having this lighter version of chilli with avocado for an easy lunch or dinner. As well as this chilli being delicious and full of flavour, it’s also high in protein and low in calories. Serve with some brown rice or pasta if you like but just a big bowl of this comforting dish is enough for me!
