Served with rice, noodles, veggies or as a side to a larger dish, these prawns have the flavours and textures we all crave (well at least I do)! This way of cooking prawns is by far my favourite, they come out so crispy and garlicky every time! I like to save this dish for a treat, as the prawns are shallow-fried, but a little oil never hurts!
I have not calculated calories and nutrition for this recipe as it’s difficult to estimate how much oil would actually be absorbed in the cooking process, but as many would say – treat yourself – and enjoy these super crispy and tasty prawns!
