- 230g red cabbage, sliced
- 120ml red wine vinegar
- 150ml water
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar and leave for 2 hours before refrigerating.
- This will last for a few weeks in the fridge, if it doesn’t get eaten before then!
