Super Easy Pickled Red Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 230g red cabbage, sliced
  • 120ml red wine vinegar
  • 150ml water
  • 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Recipe:

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a jar and leave for 2 hours before refrigerating.
  2. This will last for a few weeks in the fridge, if it doesn’t get eaten before then!
