I never used to even go near or try any pickled foods – to be honest with you I hated the smell and didn’t understand why you’d eat something soaked in vinegar! But something must have changed since growing up because when I made this pickled red cabbage for my turkey mince tacos it was an absolute game-changer and I love it! Now I always make sure I’ve got a jar in the fridge to use in burgers, wraps, sandwiches, salads, etc.
