Crispy Garlic Rosemary Roasties

Ever since I started roasting my potatoes with garlic and rosemary, I’ve never gone back. I used to use lots more oil and butter too – or even indulge with goose fat occasionally – but I didn’t realise how unnecessary and high in fat this was! These roasties use less oil and butter than most recipes but still go insanely crispy and yummy every time! They can also easily be made vegan by switching out butter for a dairy-free alternative like Vitalite!
