Creamy Pancetta and Mushroom Pasta

If there’s one thing I eat a lot of, it’s pasta – this pasta sauce is so easy but super tasty and isn’t packed with unhealthy fats and salt like shop-bought sauces! I love using fresh pasta because it makes such a difference to texture and flavour, but dry pasta is fine! This can also easily be made vegetarian by taking out the pancetta from the recipe.
